1 D (multi channel) / 2 D (multi channel + time) delayline detectors for the
electron spectroscopy as well as for the generell detection of charged
particles (electron, proton, ion), X-ray photons*, and EUV photons* for
applications like

- multi channel detection in electron energy analyzers (e.g from Specs,
Scienta and Omicron)

- X-ray and UV diffraction




		DLD Readout Setup**


	Technical features ● 43 mm active detector length (with 48 mm active MCP area, 20 mm nonresolving detection width) ● 280 channels (6.5 channels per mm), up to 1120 channels possible (see options)



	● 4 Mcounts per sec. count rate ● Linear response due to single event counting ● Extremely low dark count rate: < 5 cps ● External retrigger logic enables to measure fast sequences with dwelltimes down to 1 ms ● Detector readout via USB2.0 driver for Windows^® systems ● Stand-Alone DLD monitor software ● Software DLL with user interface description for detector readout by external software
