We offer miniaturized electron optical components manufactured  both by precision engineering or using lithographical tools. They can be part of complete optical systems especially if installation space is restricted.
 

These parts has been successfully combined to electron optical columns like Emission Electron Microscopes (EEM) or can be used for electron beam sources. The smallest Emission Electron Microscope was presented at the Hannover fair 2002, together with a High- speed area detector (delay- line detector ) for electrons.
