Tdc data received from device.

Subdevice where TDC event occurred.

Tdc channel where TDC event occurred.

Start pulse counter.

The ‘tag’ value related to the ‘Tag In’ hardware input.

Time of the TDC event in multiple of time bins referred to the last start pulse.
