The primary focus of biotechnology is to research, improve and develop procedures and biological processes used to manufacture relevant materials.

Hereby fluorescence microscopy for example is a technique to analyse cell preparations and all kinds of stained samples. Herefore we have concentrated on developing a special CMOS camera with super resolution option (ReconFlex^TM) to optimise workflows in fluorescence microscopy.

Fluorescence lifetime is used to understand compounds in biological analyses. Hereby compound ratios and compound dynamics are investigated with picosecond measurement technology for wich we provide appropriate fast analogue and digital electronics (e.g. our time-to-digital converters).
