Time-to-Digital Converters

Time resolved measurement of norm-pulses with picosecond time-resolution. The Time-to-Digital Converters (TDCs) are compact, fast and user-friendly devices that are available with a variety of performance characteristics. Possible layouts include 19”-housings, standalone housings and NIM modules (2/12). Equipped with a high-speed USB 3.0 interface for data readout.

8 or 16 channel TDC in a table top housing with USB3.0 interface and extended Functionality for Experiment Synchronization
