Metal Anode Based MCP Detectors
Microchannel plate based detectors with a single metal anode for event counting as well as for time resolved detection of electrons, ions and photons. The metal anodes are also available with a four quadrant segmentation for a multihit detection by a parallel and independent readout.
MCP detectors are available with different active areas and are mounted on standard CF flanges with feedthroughs for signal transfer and HV supply.
Single Anode Based MCPD25 Detector
Flange mounted, MCP based single metal anode detector with 2-fold SHV and double-sided BNC feedthroughs and cabling for HV supply and pulse decoupling.
- active area: 25mm in diameter
- 50Ohm matched impedance metal anode
- possibility of a floating detector front: +/-1000V
Single Anode Based MCPD65 Detector
Flange mounted, MCP based single metal anode detector with 2-fold SHV and double-sided BNC feedthroughs and cabling for HV supply and pulse decoupling.

- 50Ohm matched impedance metal anode
- possibility of a floating detector front: +/-1000V
Custom Specific Anode Based MCP Detectors
We do provide custom specific modifications of our existing standard metal based MCP detectors like mechanical modification or modification of the metal anode itself, for example multi-fold segmented metal anodes for increased multi-hit capability. We also provide complete new CAD designs fitting to the unique customer specific application.
